PICTURE ROCKS RETREAT

The retreats are led by the monks from the Phoenix Temple and combine silence, meditation, a satsang or lecture, and discussion of Paramahansa Yogananda's teachings. Vegetarian meals are served in the dining room, which is then followed by time to rest or explore the grounds. The retreats are offered as one-day events, hosted by the Tucson Meditation Group, or, as three-day events hosted by the Phoenix Temple.

MAP AND DIRECTIONS:

Take I-10 to Ina, go west on Ina 4 miles until pavement ends and turn left on to Wade road and go 1mile. The retreat will be on the left side at 7101 West Picture Rocks Road.

Picture Rocks Retreat is located on 120 acres of land bordering Saguaro National Monument West in the foothills of the Tucson Mountains overlooking the valley. This memorable fall event was enhanced by the meditations and classes that were conducted by Bro. Satyananda and Bro. Anthony.
